Is there a rating less than one star? If so, Campaigner is well deserving. Their customer service is inexplicably bad -- particularly their billing department. If there was a way to get my money back, I would. Unfortunately, there isn't. One could not do worse that this company or its deplorable service.

In summary, I would not recommend Campaigner to a friend.

Approach this company with caution. While their tools are advanced and website is flashy and up to date, I worked with them carefully in changing from constant contact to them. Bad mistake. After just two email campaigns, because they saw some spam reports, to close my account without any warning, email or phone call and then when I called them they refused to give me any details of why they closed my account and said, and I quote: "sir, we don't want your business". I paid them 200$ and they refused as well to refund me, and also to give me access to the tools to clean the emails that bounced and give me my own list. They accused me of buying an email list which I never did and will never do, and they were very in-compassionate. After speaking with a sales rep, who was very nice, the "postmaster" asked me for 6 years of customer data, and of course, I would never give them that information for competitive reasons. At this point I want a) my 17k cleaned up contacts emailed to me and b) if they do not do that a refund as well. Stay away from... (Read the full review)
