JangoMail is a forward thinking email marketing system that consistently has its eye on what lies ahead – a good thing in the world of online business, which is constantly evolving and changing with the advent of new technologies and new search engine algorithms. First, the good news:  JangoMail has a lot to offer; this email marketing service is so feature packed, we couldn’t even fit them all in the features list above! The bad news is that having so many choices and options can seem a bit overwhelming to those who are new to the world of online marketing.

The free trial account offers full features and functionality, which is a perfect entrance into the world of email marketing for those who are new, and to the JangoMail system for more experienced marketers. With the free trials of other services in this category you can often expect a watered down version, however JangoMail let you try out all the features which we really appreciated. On the other hand, just 200 emails a month is pretty stingy and almost everyone will sooner or later have to upgrade to a paid account; well, we all know there’s no such thing as a free lunch!

We really like the autoresponder feature that sets up a series of emails to go out in a certain order, according to specific cues, as well as the impressive tracking feature. Also, we were impressed by a higher deliverability rate than many of JangoMail’s competitors. One thing available with JangoMail that few other email marketing systems offer is 24/7 emergency support, accessible to users anywhere in the world, at any time of the day or night.

JangoMail has a lot in common with other top-rated email marketing programs, as well as many features that set it apart. The lack of live chat to help solve problems may be an issue for some users. However, to be honest, these days live chat works in pretty much the same way as email support anyway. The main problem we have with JangoMail is navigating around the website, which has no "search" box, and the dashboard isn't as intuitive as others in the industry. This did grate a bit as JangoMail, being so vast, really does require an accessible user interface in order to get your head around it.

Of course, the few problems there are with JangoMail aren't really all that overwhelming and are generally easily overcome by anyone with a bit of tech-savvy.
